Ephesians 2:21 in whom the whole structure, being joined together, grows into a holy temple in the Lord.
New Covenant believers are joined together to form a holy temple in the Lord. This temple is made up of new creations in Christ and form the body of Christ. Christians are in Christ through faith and Christ is in Christians through the Spirit. This body of Christ is the fulfillment of the Holy Nation of Exodus 19:5-6 that Peter speaks of in 1 Peter 2:9-10.
